The strategic account manager will be responsible for creating and developing business within Enterprise accounts and is experienced in establishing strong relationships on CxO level. He/she will report to the NEMEA Sales Manager. The Strategic Account Manager will focus on enabling clients to achieve their business priorities and meet the requirements of their employees. Also he/she will furtherly develop strategic relationships with key partners.
Besides building relationships on c-level, the Strategic Account Manager captures, understands and analyzes specific customer business issues and demans, and translates them in to value added solutions and proppositions.
He/she will also build focused accounts plans to ensure new business development and maintain growth of current accounts. The Strategic Account Manager teams in a matrix-sales organization in order to deliver end to end turnkey solutions to the market.
